Deadlink for Splayd

I am trying to configure luarocks on my windows machine, however, it seems that the link for download the rockspec is broken.

http://www.splay-project.org/splay/binaries/splayd-1.0.5.rockspec lead to a 404 error Page Not Found.

Please note that Splayd currently do not support Windows.
LuaRock packages will work only on Unix-based machines.
